Delete 'empty' voice mails

Get 10+ empty voice mails per day (made by robocallers), and I don't have the time to spend listening to audio recordings of silence or reviewing the emails to determine which are real and which are 30 seconds of silence. How can I set the system to reject / delete 'empty' VMs?
