When people look up my name in Contacts, my email shows up as a long string of letters and numbers + the actual email address. For example: laladkf=eklklea-dklowfmjohnsmith@hello.com

Will you please email us with the correct email address at Community.Support@RingCentral.com and we will assist.
Our company admin was not able to make the adjustments so he was in contact with customer support from Ring Central and they tried a couple of methods to address the issue but were unsuccessful. So, they sent us an email with a link to this ideas page for us to request a "fix". But, I believe at this point the issue persists with Ring Central and there's nothing we can do on our end, at least for now.
