Allow the operator extention to be call queue

I need all of my business lines to ring as the operator because I am not always available but I also need to be able to text from my main company number. The message needs to play when a customer calls my company so removing the option to press 0 for the operator is not an option for me.

    You're able to set the dial 0 option to connect to extension/call queue. To learn how to do so, please review this article:


allow main company # to text

if the office assistant handles all calls to the main company line, they should be able to text also.
