911 Alert Routing

We have 44 offices in 5 states. Each state has a different District Manager. Currently anyone we add to get a 911 alert, gets the 911 alert regardless of which state the 911 call was made from. It would be helpful if we could say "If someone from these 10 numbers calls 911, alert this person" and do that for all 190 lines so the district managers could be notified of emergencies in their territories, rather than being alerted for all territories even if it's not theirs.

I also agree that it would be best to add by site. Make it so you can choose to whom the alerts go to depending on the site from which 911 was called.

I would think it would best to add it by site - so that all numbers tied to that physical location are alerted together (would make management easier).

We have a designated admin or admins at each site, but our company is in 50 or so sites. Every time a 911 call is made, all admins at all sites get the message instead of being able to restrict them to the appropriate site. It is also important to be able to have a specific group of admins receive all messages from all sites, but this should be configurable per site/admin.

Commenting to bring this back up. We are in 50+ locations. In order to quickly respond to medical and other emergencies, would be very advantageous to be able to narrow the alert and act locally, quickly.

Also alert notification by site would help as well.
