At present the max wait time for customers is 15 minutes (confirmed with RC support)
Baffles me, as why only allow 15 minutes, yes no one wants to rally stay in a queue for long, but 15 minutes is not enough.
Can we please get the ability to increase this to min. 45 minutes or better 60 minutes?
If you call a e.g. Airlines today, wait times are 45+ minutes - so certainly no Airline is using Ring Central today as Call Center Software?
