Record Calls Based on Department

We have different roles set up, for example Sales. We would like the to be able to listen to all sales calls but no other recordings.

    Hello there!

    You can disable the other ext that the call recording is on.

    You can also filter the detailed call logs through the web portal to view the sales rep only. Thank you!
