Zero-dial needs to behave the same as dialing an extension during a menu

Dialing an extension during a menu or voicemail greeting interrupts the playback and audibly sends the caller to the requested extension. The same behavior needs to happen with zero-dial. It's currently broken and needs to be fixed.

    Jason, it would be helpful to have a few more details about how you have your IVR set up and some more details about what happens when you use the dial zero option. We can provide more troubleshooting or escalate to Product based on what you share with us.
