Allow Users to Update Voicemail Greeting via RingCentral Desktop App

Allow the end user to update their voicemail greeting from the app, or at least a direct link to the correct part of the portal from the app.

When users are OOH they need to update their voicemail regularly, and this should be as easy as it is on a mobile phone.
