Please look into an integration with Acumatica ERP. It was built for connectivity with APIs and easy integrations. Since it has native CRM and Case management, this would be a big plus for RingCentral.
RingCentral itself cannot, unfortunately, build integrations for every product on the market. We can however provide a great tool that makes creating just such an integration much, much easier. Take a look at RingCentral Embeddable:

This product makes it relatively easy for a developer to embed the RingCentral dialer into any web-based product. It can even be packaged as a Chrome or Firefox extension with ease. Plus, open-source examples exist for HubSpot and others, to provide reference implementations developers can easily clone and modify.
Through the same plugin, developers can also enable click-to-call functionality, and customized prompts to collect call disposition notes.
We think this is a great solution for most CRM, with plenty of examples to follow.
Hi - thanks for responding. It is a matter of Center of Gravity . Companies are more likely to select RC because it is integrated with their ERP. Very unlikely anyone will change ERP to integrate with the phone system. Thus is would be a much stronger selling point and interest for RC to develop this. This could also be done as a 3rd party add-on. I will look into this as well. Thanks.
