Direct calls to Voicemail when in an Active Call

User is on an active call either from direct or via call queue.

The users receives another call while they are still on the phone. Currently the 2nd call is ringing and interrupting the user who is on the other line. The 2nd call should go directly to voicemail without ringing the user.
