Call Forwarding to extensions

With the release of the upgraded RingCentral app - we lost the function to Call Forward to an extension (app to app). The only Call Forward function is to a physical phone or device (ie: cell phone). This limits our office functionality and it doesn't make sense why this was not included with the "upgrade". Please consider fixing this issue.

    Agreed, any basic phone system should be able to forward calls to a co-worker in office. The fact the RC does not have this feature enabled for the RC desktop app is a great over sight. Nothing by negative comments about the service from our staff.

    Just to amend, you can add a ring group to a call queue, the new app does not work in ring groups.

    Please consider expediting this request, our external numbers forward to extensions with ring groups, and since you can not add a ring group to a call queue, they are currently not a good option for us. (and many others according to the forums)
