develop an indicator in the text fields to acknowledge if an smsm/mms text was sent successfully

We are a Pharmacy and send many texts that are time critical to our patients.

If we get a # that is not sms enabled (older folks/landlines) it can impact their health. Currently we cannot determine if the patient received the communication.
