Useful for training multiple people at the same time to be able to have both (or all) be able to listen on one call. Call monitoring is great because you don't need to set up y connectors

This feature will be very valuable for training purposes. Our company is fully remote, so when we train multiple new people it is difficult to have to arrange conference calls or add people to a call just so they can listed in. It would be much easier if we could just allow multiple people to monitor calls at the same time.
You guys should vote on this ticket if you want to have the ability to monitor calls without having to click everytime they get on the phone but to just monitor the user till you disconnect. https://ideas.ringcentral.com/ideas/CUSTCOM-I-7546
I don't know if I comments are taken into consideration when adding feature requests but also having a button available when the call notification comes in to monitor the call instead of answering when it rings.
I agree, we were hoping this would be a feature included already as well for training purposes.
This would be SO helpful. I'm not sure a work around process for this in the meantime. We rely on this for training purposes and currently have a bunch of new employees needing training at the same time.
