ability to silence calls coming from queue

getting calls from call cue. when i hit ignore, the call goes away but comes right back after a few seconds if someone else in the cue does not pick up. need to find a way to make the "ignore" permanent. it is very frustrating to be on a call or in person with a client and the phone just doesn't stop ringing. It is extremely unprofessional in appearance.

Yes, so frustrating. Don't put an "ignore" button in if it does nothing. Seems like this should be a very easy fix, but they haven't managed to figure it out yet.

This feature is really important in our shared office space, rather than constantly clicking do not disturb as my status, a permanent 'ignore' button should be available for calls.

The ignore should be permanent or you should have the ability to change the length of time before it "interrupts" you again - even 20-30 seconds, or 1 minute, would be better than every 5 seconds.

It looks like this has the ability to connect to emails, but if we're not using that function/feature, it's not fair to our email or chat clients while we're interacting with them, yet being bombarded by calls.
