Custom audio for call recording notifications

We would like the see a feature that allows us to upload a custom audio file that plays when pausing and resuming recording.

Instead of the default message that plays when you pause and resume the call recording (when taking payment details for example) we would like to be able to play a custom recording which we can upload via the admin portal.
