Disabling HUD company-wide

We're all getting tired of everyone else knowing exactly with whom we are speaking and for how long. I.E. getting a follow-up IM with the question, "Will you please call me after you're done speaking with John?" That kind of thing. Too intrusive.

    Apologies! We dug into this and at this time, you are not able to disable it company-wide.
    However, HUD can be disabled on your individual RC App.
    We'll keep this idea updated and share with the product team with your use case.

    Hi, Becky, the online chat rep told me it couldn't be done - could only be done at the user level in the phone app. We would LOVE to know how it can be done via the Admin settings!

    Can you share a few more details on this? As there is a way to disable HUD company-wide via Admin settings.
