Missed call in Super Admin Ext 301

we have an IVR which feeds off to a user (Dial-By Ext Ext. 406) this user is set NOT to ring and has a long custom voicemail asking clients to use DTMF tones to locate an advisor or return to the main menu.



it appears a lot of the missed calls which I am not part of any group to received incoming calls.

    we use the DTMF tones within the voicemail portion of a dedicated users missed calls (dedicated user set to always not ring) and play a message like an IVR to redirect users back to IVR/hunt group. doing this results in missed calls on 301's even though the call was handled.


    built as a standard user and as a limited/msg only ext. results are the same.

    Richard, would you identify this as a bug?
    That's sort of what I'm getting from your description, but I want to make sure.
    Did that agent say that it was operating as expected?

    Hi, this was entered on my behalf by a support agent, i did comment saying this is an unclear description.


    DTMF tones pressed during voicemails redirects to another users ext. whenever this is done 301 receives a missed call even though it was never intended for them.
