Our caller ID is coming up as American Airlines. This is very misleading to our customers. After speaking with a tech support agent, he said that a CNAM database needs to be updated. There has to be a way for this not to happen so the correct name is displayed when placing calls. It should not matter the type of phone you are calling. Especially when the majority of people use cellphones. Please help.
The customer would like to have the option for CNAM Change to Reflect on any type of call, especially mobile lines - since most people are using mobile for calling
