This is a suggestion to make things easier for admins who frequent Service.RingCentral.com to manage users.
I think it would be a good idea for admins/users to be able to choose whether they want to make the desktop applications active OR the mobile app, not just both at the same time as it currently is.
Example, say I wanted to strictly use the desktop applications, there would be an option to activate it as an option by itself in the call handling and forwarding section on Service.RingCentral.com/application/users.....etc.
Conversely, if that function was initiated, there would also be an option for users to activate the mobile application by itself as well (since the current option groups the desktop and mobile apps together).
