I need to know exactly when a fax comes in with a date and time on each and every page of the incoming fax, not just the cover page. There is no way to add this to my incoming faxes for documentation. This should be a feature to be able to turn on and off if needed.
It does not look like the attachment added to the last comment either
I am trying to make a ticket submission however when I try to "submit" it highlights values that they are saying are not completed yet, but they are, so I can't even submit a ticket for a problem. It also asks for attachments to help with the case yet there is no place to actually add attachments.
This is the case info that I wrote in:
I did an online chat already because I do not get a time and date stamp on my fax pages. There is only one if the senders fax generates one and I need them on all my pages. After going through the screenshots and back and forth on the chat, the chat person told me that it was not an option so to post it in the community. I posted in the community and I got a response asking to send screenshots again, which I did AGAIN. And then the response was to create a ticket. Also this ticket submission form says to provide attachments to help the investigation, however there is no spot to actually add anything to this ticket submission.

There is not a date or time stamp on any of the pages. This happens all the time, unless the senders fax sets one, they don't have them.
