Being able to provision multiple lines under one phone so they may be able to receive and distinguish calls from multiple business/TN using just 1 device
You can already do this - if you have access to the phones web GUI. The 2nd/3rd/etc. lines - these would need to be set up as GENSIP and not the model of the phone. Those credentials would then be entered on to the Account 2/Line 2 (depending on which phone)
We have several staff that are set up this way on both Yealink and Polycom phones. Let me know if you would like to see screen shots of the GUI.
There's just not a click-and-provision automated setup to do this.
