Proxy edit for scheduled meetings

Enable editing a scheduled meeting for someone.

As a proxy, we should be able to have access to edit a scheduled meeting which we created on behalf of someone should the meeting have a change in time or date rather than get the person we scheduled the meeting for to do the amendments.
