Real time call screening

I am often on one outgoing call, when an important second call comes in.

I currently use a human teller receptionist so that I can be told who is calling about what, and prioritize accordingly, REAL TIME.


Call screening should go like this

RC. “May I ask your contact information and nature of call?”


Caller “joe re your dishwasher”


At that point RC should reply, “please hold on a moment”


And nearninstantly send me a voice to text of what the caller just said. It can be sloppy, just need to know who and about what.

Then give me a few (customizable) options


I can select w ONE click, like different colored buttons. Don’t make me wade through menus, I don’t have time.


…WHILE CALLER IS STILL ON HOLD!


  1. ”hold on a sec, I will be with you in just a moment

  2. ”I’m on a call write now but will call you back soon”

  3. “Let me call you tomorrow”

    Although not explicitly what you are asking, IVR might be an option for you to better screen and direct calls.
    Have you looked into this functionality?

    Also, there are 3rd party tools that will integrate with our product that may do something like what you're hoping to achieve.
    I would recommend perusing the App Gallery to see if there is something there that might help.
