Long hold time call back feature

As a busy medical practice we would benefit from having a call back feature where patients keep their call queue and our operators can have the system auto-dial the next patient who opted in for a call back.

    Thanks for sharing this idea- at this time, this is not a function of our core product, but can be found in Engage Voice and Contact Center products.
    We encourage you to explore those options.
