Ability to send 1 mass text to 100 or more clients without them being able to see the other clients names.

This would be very useful in mass torts with large numbers of clients. We could send 1 text rather than 100 individual texts.

    Can you send me step-by-step instructions on how to send a mass text to 100 or more clients without them being able to see the other clients names?

    Yvette,

    With the current RingCentral Business SMS, you can send no more than 100 individual numbers per message, but you can uncheck the "group text box" to send a text message and those numbers will be unaware of the other recipients.

    I've attached a screenshot from my RC app to reflect this.

    If this does not suit your needs, I would recommend looking into High Volume SMS to see if that might help with your use case.

    Good morning,

    I am trying to reply to the email through Community Ideas and I keep getting the message that the email is incorrect although I am logged into Ring Central with that email. For some reason, I have trouble logging into Community Ideas.

    I am trying to respond to Becky Hensley again with the below message:

    Hello!

    I apologize for the delay in responding to you. For some reason, your emails keep getting caught in my junk email although I have allowed them. I would like the functionality for texts as the priority. We would like to be able to send mass texts and then have a way to import them or copy them or have some type of record of them for our client files, if possible. It would be great to have the same functionality for emails but texts are the priority as they are the best form of communication with clients. Have a great weekend!

    Thanks for clarifying your idea! So you would like this functionality for texts, not emails?

    As far as your log in issues go, can you send a screenshot of the error message you are receiving to community.support@ringcentral.com so we can help troubleshoot?

    Hello,

    I am trying to post a response to Becky Hensley for an idea that I have submitted and Ring Central will not allow me to log in with my email for some reason from the notification that I received from her. I am logged into Ring Central but cannot log in to support is what I am guessing the issue is? Please see my below response to Becky.

    Hello Becky, I would like to have the ability to send 1 text to 100 clients in a group text where the clients do not see the other clients' names, etc. rather than sending 100 separate texts. I would also like to be able to upload an excel spreadsheet with clients' names, phone numbers and email addresses to contacts also if possible but I can add them one at a time if necessary. We had these features with a prior provider and we used them extensively. Texting is a primary mode of communication in litigation and we use it constantly. We often need to send notifications to all clients in the mass tort litigation at the same time. Thank you! Best regards, Yvette Scott

    Can you share a bit more detail on this idea?
    What email is it that you are sharing?
    Is it generated from RingCentral?
