Many Mac users only use or have Safari as their browser. If you support Microsoft Edge, you should definitely support Safari. Both are native browsers to operating systems.

It seems a major omission to force clients to a different browser. Safari is a major player. It forces us to use Zoom because of it's universality. Seems to be a huge obstacle.
It's 2022, not 2002. It's completely unacceptable to have browser-specific code these days as if there were no standards and IE5 was the state of the art.
Come on guys, let's not contribute to the Chrome monoculture. Firefox and Safari support is essential.
I can't believe that in doesn't work with Safari, the number 2 most used browser in the world. Most of our customers are creatives and use Macs, forcing them to download the app to join the meeting, often times making them late to meetings while struggling to install the app.
Please add RC Video to be functional on Safari/Firefox. We have clients that use that platform exclusively and we cannot utilize the video feature with them.

In safari, you can use developer mode / user agent to emulate the browser. See Screenshot
we have switched our organization over to Mac.
I was rather excited about participants being able to participate with just their browser, until I realized support was limited to Chrome and Edge. And, it appears, only on PC devices, not mobile devices. Many won't (or, in larger entities, cannot download alternate browsers or the RingCentral app--locking them out. RC needs to support Safri AND Firefox.
