Add comment streams within chats, voting functions, event function reminders

"Not a problem but what would be amazing is if you can have comment streams within the chats. Sometimes various conversations are happening within one ring and you have to copy and paste the thing you are responding to so that people know what you are talking about.

Voting functions would also be cool.

Also, it would be nice if the event function gave reminders."
