Allow video calls and phone calls to run concurrently.

Also, thought we'd be able to make outgoing phonecalls while still connected to video. It's helpful to pull up the video and then call the patient to read them the meeting ID. I can't do that in this app.

    Another clarifying question - are you trying to do this from the mobile app on your phone or iPad?
    If you are, this does not work.
    If you are using the desktop app, it is possible.
    Please let us know and we'll update this idea to reflect a different category and adjust the details.

    I spoke with someone in support x 40min last night and they ended up telling me this is not an available feature.

    I can connect on phone, I can connect on video, but the app apparently doesn't enable an outgoing phone call while on video (from the same device). Is this what you're able to do on your end? If so, why is support telling me this isn't a feature? My husband is a physician with my same company having the exact same issue.

    I would recommend reaching out to and working with Support on this issue.
    I have had our support team test this as well and we're not having the same outcome as what you're describing.

    I'm checking to see if there is a setting that might keep you from doing this. In the meantime, make sure you are on the most recent version of the app.

    While in a video I click on "phone" and type the number. When I try to hit the green phone icon to call it says "On Video call. Sorry, you are currently on a video call. Please try again after this call ends"

    Hey, my team tested this twice and didn't have any issue running both a video call and a phone call.
    Can you give us some more details on what happened?
    I might also recommend connecting with support to see if they can help troubleshoot this for you.
