Third Party Headset (Jabra) Feature integration

Customer would like to have the MUTE FEATURE FUNCTION for the Boom Arm (mouth piece) that comes with Jabra integrated with BT/RC apps. When lifed up it will mute automatically, and when lifted down it will unmute. (BT Cloudphone Desktop App)

    Hi there,

    The problem was that when we answered calls the bt cloud work app would mute the microphone on the app and would allow the EXISTING feature of muting and unmuting the microphone by moving the boom arm down wasn���t working. It would also not answer the calls as it should do. This has been put as a new idea but it isn���t, this is an existing issue that needs to be resolved.

    Please can someone come back to confirm this is being looked at?
