We have a very frustrating and annoying issue. When one of our team is trying to make an outgoing call. If a call comes in, that incoming call will takeover their dial screen. We've had incidents where they have rejected the calls by accident.
This is a serious design flaw when you have large amounts of incoming calls. The only way around it at the moment is to go into DND mode, but we shouldn't have to do that.
Incoming calls should display smaller above the dial screen when a number is entered. Like how a hold is placed above so you can make another call.
It's super annoying, please correct this massive usability flaw.
