Unlimited saving of text messages or ability to export them every 5000

I do not understand why the message max is 5000. If you cannot extend that then maybe a protocal that emails you the past 5000 messages each time so you have a record of it

    Thanks for clarifying. We're going to edit the title of this idea to include that rather than messages so it gets to the right part of the product organization.

    Correct, Text Messages are limited to 5000.

    By messages, do you mean texts?
