Custom ROLE : Separate access for Call handling and Voicemail Settings

FIrmware version UI: 21.4.0, DB:
ROLE has the oprion to enable MESSAGES and notification and Call handling and forwarding

on the new UID
We need to enable CALL FORWARDING to have access to voicemail greeting settings.

We need users to have restrictions on accessing their CALL HANDLING BEHAVIOR but still have the ability to set their custom voicemail greeting
