Currently there are no automated way to update CNAME for carries in Canada or in US
This is causing a loss of sales revenue. Sales teams using RC to make calls and client are simply not answering because they think it is spam.
Other issue is that caller id mainly in Canada and some carries in US doesnt show RC caller id and only shows the number not the CNAME
