when call forwards it would be convenient to display the extension it was forwarded from

to track and know which department is forwarding the call so users have an idea of the nature of the call that has been forwarded

    Hi Jennifer,


    It would be helpful if the caller id on the active call would include the details of the original extension the call was forward from.


    For example when an active call is forward to me it would be help to state call originated at ext XXX to quickly know the origin of the call.

    Hello Emily,

    Do you mean detailed call logs?

    If you go to your admin portal call logs > detailed call logs, you will view the ext that was forwarded from.
