The chat feature on video meetings should have a reaction option. Merged

There should be an option to double click on a chat message sent during a video meeting or maybe a dropdown list next to chat messages that allows you to choose from a list of reactions like on iMessage, Slack, Facebook, etc. These reactions would not be sent as messages per se but rather would be attached to the message it was a reaction to.

It helps for being able to quickly respond to chats without sending a new message that might disrupt ongoing voice conversations. It also is easier and more streamline to react with a thumbs up emoji or a laughing emoji rather than sending "I agree" or "that's funny" or sending an emoji as a chat message
