Exact behavior: When a call goes to voicemail, is it possible for the caller to press a number to get transferred back into the answering queue?
So that if the caller chooses my extension but I am on a call, they could have the option to press a number and connect back to the main queue, where another team member could pick up. Instead of hanging up and calling back.
