We have a number of users who heavily utilize the messaging section of the RingCentral desktop app. It is very inconvenient for them to have constant call popups blocking them from messaging even when they have call notifications turned off. Because a lot of these people are members of several call queues, they have a call notification more often than not. Currently, the only solution is to set themselves to do not disturb, which we don't like because they often forget to set themselves back to available afterwards. I know you're able to suppress call popups on RingPlan, and it's a feature I'd really like to see on RingCentral.
