Update CID On Forwarded Calls Merged

If a call is forwarded to another extension from the an extension it would be nice to modify the incoming CID on the destination phone.


Example:

Call comes into extension 150.

Extension 150 is set to forward to 170 if 150 doesn't answer.

On extension 170 we would like to have the CID modified similar to what is done in Call Queues to indicate call came from another source and not their DID.
