Allow Mobile app login for Announcement Only ext

Goal: Record & change announcement on the go.

Idea 1: Allow direct login to announcement Only ext on the mobile app. User can then record directly from the app.

Benefit: It would be very beneficial to be able to update announcements on the go through the mobile app without having to sit down by a PC & log in to change the announcement.

Alternate Idea: Enable phone call in method to update the announcement. User would dial a phone number to login & authenticate. User would then be able to listen to current announcement or change announcement.
