You're welcome. We have tried it as well here on our end. We tried to send images via our RingCentral app between us, and it shows here that the image quality reduces when received. It seems that this is normal behavior. We will try to give feedback to our engineers to take a look at it to fix it with our future updates. In the meantime, I would suggest that you can tell your clients to send images via email or to direct personal numbers so the quality of the images will not reduced.
