Indicator on Call logs showing what happened to missed call

we'd like to add a feature wherein admin/users have an option to check in call logs what happen to a call, why it was routed to a voicemail right away specially when call was routed to a call queue

sample: an indication showing that the call queue is full that is why call gets routed to vm right away
