When signing up for RingCentral, a default team was created for our business. New users are automatically added as they create their RingCentral user accounts. However the default team maxs out at 15 members and will not allow you to add more. Quite annoying as I have to create another team to allow all users and now there is a "phantom" team of the first 15 members to join because I am not allowed to delete it.
Hi Jennifer, you are able to close this. A few days after I submitted the idea our team messaging group "fixed" itself. It was stuck at only 15 members so I think it was a bug and I honestly couldn't tell you want fixed it. All 26 members are now showing up in our team. Thank you!
Hi Rachel, we are auditing old ideas. All new company contacts should be added to the "all employee" team messaging group there should not be a member limit on this team. We want to know more. Please post a screenshot here. Thank you!
