It would be helpful if the welcome E-Mail for a new user could be sent more than 48 hours in advance. Under the current system, the user has to respond quite quickly and may not be able to if traveling. The 48 hour limit also means that we cannot send these on Fridays unless we know that the user will respond right away.
Agreed, the expiration period for user invitations should be extended. 1 week sounds perfect however even better would be to allow your customers to determine how long their invitations are good for.

Why we send new invitation to user again and again its too painful task, So please extend the time of activation link at list one week instead of 48 Hrs.
It is very painful, for multiple users to send the request again. Is it possible to increase the time for atleast a week instead of 48 hours
This is very much needed. We like to make sure new staff/users have access to all the services they are going to need at least a week out, 48 hours is just not long enough.

and some times HR is working and gives us a week or more to setup a new user then we need to remember to resend the invite
