Option to Disable "Choose How to Join Audio" pop-up for non-Ring Central Participants

-this feature would provide clients with the option to disable the pop-up

-can reduce the amount of time for client's customers to start screen sharing as not all participants are computer savvy

-can avoid possible audio reverb if a non-rc participant already dialed in to the meeting
