Allow team members for a company group access to the group extension inside the RC App Merged

Not all members of a company team may be listed in the call queue to answer team calls. The other members must rely on email to receive voice messages left for the team extension. If the team members also had permissions to "open" the extension voice messages, within their RC app, they could see and listen to the voice messages from the RC app directly.
