Allow Admin to remove default Virtual Backgrounds in Meetings.

Hello,

We would like for our RC admins to have the ability to remove the default virtual backgrounds in RC. We are able to add and remove the feature itself. But, we would like the ability to control the background options that are visible to end users including the default provided by Ring Central.
