Adding a HIPAA compliant Fax Cover page Merged

Can you please add a HIPAA compliant fax cover page? We are required by law to include a statement to all of our out going faxes to keep us HIPAA compliant and prevents us from liability. So can you add a cover page "Confidential - HIPPA" with perhaps the following statement included at the very bottom of the cover page (it can be in a smaller size font like 9 as long as it is legible). This is imperative that we have this issue resolved ASAP. thank you for your expedited response.
