Call Queue - Disable Email Notification when User is Added to a queue

Everytime a User is added to a Call Queue, they get an email about being added to that queue. This is really annoying to my users, as we're using API's to move users in and out of Queues all day.

If there was a setting at the User level to prevent getting this notification, or better yet, at the queue level to prevent notifications that would be great.
