Have an additional read-only tab in the User Settings section called "Memberships", broken down into all types of Group, e.g. Queues, Call Pickup, Park Locations etc, that lists out which the user belongs to. This would save the admin(s) from clicking through each Queue in turn to find all members, much like in the Custom Role overview, where all user assigned the Role can be viewed.
Yes - but you only did 90% of the whole idea...
While you list the memberships on the users details - you then have to click into that to make any changes to their group status.
You already have the UI programmed in the Call Group/Members - why not have the ability to do the same 'queue' and 'member' toggles in this same box?!?
Think about how many clicks you are programming in for us Admins, and cut it down by 75% !
Would be great to be able to easily place someone in a queue and a pickup group just by toggling on a button to put them in that group
This will be super useful. At the moment you have to go into every call queue group to check if a user is a member of that group and then remove.
This should be in every user's properties along with the ability to change their queue call accept switch.
Whole thumbs ups.
Right now when staff get on/off-boarded - having to go through all the groups and teams to add/remove = a LOT of wasted time.
I will add to this that while it may be R/O for users, on the SuperAdmin side, there should be the same 3-dot options - add/remove/etc.
Idea on this would be akin to the AD Group Membership box in ADUC - you are able to add/remove from that box directly.
This idea is fantastic. I would love to see all the group and IVR menu extensions that the user is assigned to all in one place. Right now the task of figuring out where a user is assigned takes a long time; requiring me to scan every single group extension created to see where they are assigned.
This would also help when an admin would like to delete a user, as they cannot delete a user if they are assigned to an IVR or some other extension types, but the admin is not advised which extensions the user is added to so they can remove them from those extensions and come back to delete the user.
This feature plugs a HUGE hole in the UX for an admin.
