Some Users are not familiar with the steps to fix the issue and would not have any idea where to get the information to fix it. Specially when there is an important meeting that needs to be attended using the app it causes inconvenience and dissatisfaction to the user experience

But I was looking for a more permanent fix for this since not all users have time to do this every time they experience this issue especially if the call during the time is either very important or has a sense of urgency and this issue would cause them to call their customer back after fixing the white screen error
